Description Core Capabilities / Activities : Acting as gatekeeper when scheduling / diarising meetings, appointments and key events, including effective diary managementLiaison with internal & external work partnersEffectively communicating and following up on urgent mattersHandling confidential issuesAuditing and feedback of sales admin documentationEnsure effective asset management including merchandizingProcessing of Services orders in SAP CRM and SAP ERP and managing the process to Purchase Order creationMaterial Masterdata for Campaigns ERP & CRM .

Have material codes created or update existing codes as and when required. Update CRM campaigns accordingly.Manage the Material release process and the creation of Purchase orders with buyersManage the Stock Transfer Order process in SAP CRM from start to finishEnsure allocations are completed and stock is visible on TouchworksManage Goods issue process for Brand and Trade Marketing and manage the merchandisingWrite-offs from start to finishEnsure process compliance by all relevant StakeholdersEnsure all POS and ROI are linked to relevant marketing campaignsBudget management : Budget sourcing, working papers and capturingCost Centre ManagementFleet administration (including petrol cards and private km’s management)General office administrationAssist with Management Presentation compilationMonthly variance reportsCompilation of monthly market intelligence reportsExpense claimsAssist with administration of sales tools of trade (tablets, cellphones, laptops)Assist with procurement administrationCo-ordinating of regional events / conferences / workshops and travel arrangementsThe successful candidate must have the following experience / skills : Matric QualificationA secretarial or relevant qualificationFMCG experience is advantageousEnergetic professional with a high level of confidentialityMust have at least 2-5 years proven admin and merchandising experienceComputer literate in MS Office and SAP together with excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsMust have the ability to work accurately and under pressureThe ability to multi-taskEffective Time ManagementBe able to communicate effectively at all levels, work across-functions and the ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team environmentExperience in SAP ERP & CRM systems and a good understanding of the Qlickview Funds, Merchandising and Procurement reports would be advantageous
