Roles and Responsibilities :

SALES

  • Must be target driven. Able to achieve sales targets- GP and Sales.
  • Drive sales in all aspects hand on- seasonal promotions- new products etc.
  • Launch new products.
  • Service allocated client base. (Physical calls telephonic calls- virtual calls)
  • Proactively set up promotion- campaigns etc.
  • Sell company campaigns new items- across all categories.
  • Revive dormant accounts.
  • Open new accounts. Find identify new customers.
  • Vertical sales where required.
  • In store merchandising, building displays, floorstands etc.
  • ANALYSIS

  • Continuous analysis of item / category / sales. Report on analysis monthly.
  • Competitor analysis. Report on analysis monthly.
  • New product opportunity analysis.
  • Monthly sales.
  • ADMIN / GENERAL

  • Create a collaborative TEAM environment.
  • Must be able to take instruction and execute with TEAM.
  • Manage all aspects of the above roles.
  • Plan monthly contact with customers in advance.
  • Set monthly goals per customer and plan accordingly.
  • Plan and interrogate sales activities and goals.
  • Manage Reward program.
  • Log sales calls activity on Capsule CRM.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products / Excel most important.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Must be a TEAM player
  • Perform duties outside of your given duties as needed from time to time.
  • Participate in stock take a few times a year on a Saturday as needed.
  • Must be able to work on remote platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS - Zoom - Skype etc
