Centurion - Collaborate with business and the Human Capital / Human Resources team in order to implement human capital marketing and communications solutions across the value chain that empower the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS Design effective and innovative marketing and communication solutions for Group Finance and Risk Management across the Human Capital (HC) value chain.
Design and implement the overall connection plan for Group Finance and Risk Management, which includes staff sessions, newsletters, talent sessions etc.
The connection plan is aimed at employee and talent engagement between leadership and employees. Assist in the development of the Group Wide services EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for key talent segments.
Research, design and collaborate to implement employee engagement solutions in terms of the future workplace. Attend HC Operations Forum in terms of project implementation across the HC value chain.
Implement change management solutions where applicable e.g. restructure, re-alignment initiatives. Design and implement staff and intern engagement initiatives e.
g. townhalls, connection sessions, newsletters, magazines and orientation sessions in collaboration with the HCBPs and the learning team.
Initiate and maintain ongoing interactions between leadership and staff to drive talent, development and retention management.
Provide feedback and reports of employee perceptions at various events. Collaborate with relevant business leads and stakeholders i.
e. COE's, HCBP's to ensure effective and timeous communication. Manage the quarterly recognition prog and annual award event.
Partner with the internal communication, events and brand team to ensure effective delivery of communication. Provide communication support to the EE forum.
Partner with HC COOEs in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HC solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.
Manage a calendar of events annually for the HC team and drive the implementation of key events with the HC team. Partner with various stakeholders i.
e. HCO's, PA's to Executives to ensure key events are diarized in calendars in advance of the event. Translate HR information into people-friendly content to feed into the internal engagement initiatives.

3 - 5 years' experience in project management, marketing and communications within a Human Capital team is preferred.
