Placing purchase orders from our existing suppliers to be delivered to various sites.-Good attention to detail to ensure purchase orders are accurate.
Track the progress of purchase orders.-Math skills to make sure all calculations are correct and to avoid any unforeseen losses for the company.
Negotiate prices with suppliers and make better deals for the company.-Sourcing new suppliers should the need arise.-Stock issues - Inventory to be monitored going to site and or returned from site & stock take.
Month-end responsibilities.-Ability to work with team members, clients & suppliers.-Supervise and coordinate drivers and the receptionist daily.
Labour timesheets for fortnightly wages. -Time management. We require a mature female who resides in the Table View Milnerton areas.
