alone virtual learning resourcesDesign and implement effective in-person and meetings, trainings and workshops that integrate appropriate technology tools to achieve stated outcomesFunctional Support and Development : Assist academic staff with the production of content ranging from documents to multimediaParticipate in the evaluation, selection, testing and implementation of hardware and software tools, technologies and services that enhance the teaching / learning experienceMentor and train academic staff to increase their familiarity with technology toolsProvide customer support on all technologiesProactively look for opportunities to improve the use of technology in the development of courses across learning environmentsInstructional DesignInnovation and StrategyResearch and implement new ideas and innovation in the learning space as deemed appropriate by leadership.

year relevant degree or diplomaThree years' relevant experience in an academic environmentInstructional Design qualification and experience Knowledge of adult education design and techniquesLearner Management Systems Moodle technical and pedagogical knowledgeInstructional design and education theory, particularly adult educationContent and Graphical DesignExperience in the analysis, design and development of e-

learning programsAdvanced knowledge and application of User Experience Design principlesFour years' working experience with Moodle systems at an administrative level.

Technical Skills required : Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HTML / HTML5 / CSSKnowledge of PHP, Responsive design, MySQL, Moodle Photo and video editingArticulate Storyline 5 years' working experience in an e-
