The successful candidate for this role will assist the UK Support team on a variety of key projects which are hosted in ProjectWise and require complex configuration as well as ongoing maintenance in order to meet the needs of our varied client base in a fast-paced business.
Close collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, joint ventures and colleagues is therefore essential.
An understanding of the relationship between application performance and the underlying infrastructure is essential. The successful candidate should have experience of working in a highly collaborative environment and should feel comfortable engaging with staff at all levels of the business as well as key project personnel externally.
Candidates will understand formal Incident Management process and delivery to Service Level Agreements. The successful candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and able to deal with businesses delivering to high-pressure client deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
Meeting customer expectations through resolving incidents within Service Level Agreements
Maintaining ProjectWise environments
Work with Key Stakeholders to Scope and Build ProjectWise Solutions
ProjectWise Configuration, Project Setup and Maintenance
Documenting solutions for repeated issues in the Knowledgebase
Develop ProjectWise PowerShell scripts for ad-hoc issue resolution.
Troubleshooting issues with Bentley and other Applications associated with ProjectWise.
Collaborating with the Application support, SAM and SCCM teams on Bentley software upgrades and deployments
Experience Required :
A minimum of 5 years technical experience in the Design, Implementation, Support and Management of Bentley ProjectWise as well as other associated applications such as OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Civil 3D, ContextCapture, gINT, LumenRT, OpenRoads / Rail, PLAXIS etc.
A background within an IT Organisation is preferred, although we will consider applications from individuals who have experience in ProjectWise Administration, CAD coordination or BIM management roles.
Experience of IT service delivery workflows e.g., ITIL
Experience in support work management systems e.g., ServiceNow
Experience of working with 3rd party software suppliers.
Engaging with Clients and Key Stakeholders to build configurations and fix technical issues.
