CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS WRITER Well established UK Based Property Management company Offices based in Century City, Cape Town Salary : R20,000.

00 - R30,000.00 per month (Salary is negotiable to experience ) To start ASAP Our client is a dynamic and reputable company, specialising in Residential Block Property Management within the UK.

You will be reporting to the Director and working closely with Senior Managers and Team Leaders. They are looking for an experienced Client Communications Writer to support their client partnerships , promote their brand and services and develop relationships with stakeholders.

You will be responsible for External Communications and work closely with the Internal Communications Co-ordinator. This job will require a lot of writing, so you will need to love writing and creating written content.

Some of the main responsibilities will include : Develop, support and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with investors and customer audiences . Ensure digital marketing content aligns with the brand’s identity and message, and assist with marketing campaigns as needed.

Project manage production of content. Edit work by multiple contributors. Report on communications performance metrics and highlight areas for improvement.

Develop and write content for campaigns and services, including blogs, articles, feedback and reporting. social media and the company newsletters.

Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability. Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content. Develop and maintain a partner content calendar.

Ensure brand consistency in style and tone of voice . Support internal communications, as needed. Responsible for external engagement projects and reporting writing to clientele across the UK.

Publicising and relaying feedback to clients with updates relating to work done on behalf of the properties managed. Working with team leaders and team members to communicate success and achievements.

We are looking for an individual with : Relevant experience in content creation and / or marketing / communications . Experience in writing features or blogs for a brand or publisher.

Strong copywriting skills, customer centric, with a portfolio of writing to demonstrate your ability . Excellent grammar and written English .

A pro at using Microsoft Office . Great internal and external stakeholder management. Please send your CV to apply yourmovepersonnel.
