Junior Medical Receptionist, Centurion

Our client a physician (nephrology practice) in centurion is seeking to recruit a junior medical receptionist.

Requirements :

Manage the switchboard

Attend to patient appointments

Receive patients in a courteous and professional manner

Capture patient information and scan and file documentation accordingly

In-house payments and receipting

Issuing of repeat scripts

Various administrative tasks

Liaison with medical bureau

Qualification :

Grade 12 qualification

Medical reception experience is an advantage

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Skills and attributes :

Bilingual

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Hardworking

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize

Computer literacy and high attention to detail

Must be able to multitask

Excellent communication and listening skills

Working hours :

Monday to Friday : 0h800 17h00 or 09h00 18h00 (subject to shift)
