My client in the electrical industry is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator Assistant (Electric Motors) to join their team in Sandton.

APPLICANTS IN THE AREA WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE The main purpose of the role is sales administration and internal support, within the electric motors industry.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following : Knowledge of Electric Motors and associated products Typing, logging and filing of quotations using CRM Controlling and updating the Quality Management Systems Assist customers with price, availability of stock and enquiries Following up on quotations and distributing weekly reports Maintain department’s correspondence, filing system and general enquiries Customer focused Managing of past sales activities (Claims, returns / GRN, complaints) including the implementation of corrective actions Monitoring and reporting on the departments KPI’s.

Reporting on MTD sales Daily invoicing. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS : Matric and Diploma (or working towards a tertiary qualification) 2 to 3 years’ experience in the electric motor industry Computer literacy, Windows, MS Word, & Excel (SYSPRO is an advantage).

A valid and legal driver’s licence. Fluent in English Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, including formal communications and making presentations.

A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation. Controlling & updating the Quality Management Systems Ability to work in a team Office based.

Subject to work beyond normal working hours, evenings, weekends and holidays should the need arise. Attends and participates in continuing educational programs designed to keep you abreast of changes in your profession.
