Our ideal candidate has experience with Payroll and Recruitment and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities : 1st point of contact for HR-related queries Sage Cloud Payroll & Leave for about 130 monthly employees On boarding of all new recruits (Employment Contract, Induction etc) Full Recruitment and Selection function (interviews, background check etc) Liaising with managers around renewal of employee contracts COIDA - Handling any incidents and submission of documentations Liaising with Medical Insurance to remove staff and / or add them Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files.
Assist HR Manager with Industrial Relations & various other HR Functions Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in Sage Cloud Payroll Experience in payroll and recruitment required Strong numerical aptitude & high attention to detail Good time management and organisational skills Prioritise & work in a highly pressured environment Good verbal and written communication skills Grade 12 / Matric Sage Cloud Payroll Certificate would be advantages HR qualification would be advantages 2 -3 years’ relevant work experience Experience in the IT industry would be advantages Are you the right fit for this role?
