The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, customer service, logistics, stock control and staff management. Requirements :

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification / in house certificates advantageous
  • Manage all administrative functions of the branch
  • Customer service and reception
  • Stock control stock taking & ordering
  • Manage customer accounts & debt collection
  • Cash and banking reports
  • Time attendance registers
  • Housekeeping Experience :
  • 3 years administrative experience
  • PowerPoint & Excel experience essential
  • Pastel, SAP, Automate etc systems knowledge
