A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate Level Project Manager to lead the team at a quirky East London Interior & Architect studio.
They are looking for someone to join the family and aid with their multi-million-pound projects.
The company specialise in workplace interiors and architecture but have a brilliant background in high-end residential projects too.
They are on the lookout for a new Associate Project Manager to be super hands-on in all their projects. Your main role would be to oversee the panel of designers and ensure all parties (leading up to the Directors) are on schedule and meeting their deadlines.
The suitable candidate would be confident in client facing situations and be able to handle them well, even when delivering unfavorable options.
Your role would essentially be the glue that holds the ship together, liaising with all parts of the design and architecture team to work efficiently seeing projects through from inception to completion.
If you feel you have strong number skills this is the role for you. You will have to manage budgets and track any overspends in the projects.
Also, an understanding of invoicing and purchase orders is necessary.
Software and Knowledge
Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, Interior Design or Architecture degree.
