Job Overview The Support Administrator will be responsible for assisting the service department by managing the technician time planners, scheduling jobs, attending to service call outs, managing all admin related duties and other day to day operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing technician time planners, attending to and scheduling new jobs, service calls and other Aftersales related appointments.
Attending to completed job cards, creating new tasks or quotes where applicable.
Converting quotes and billable job cards to invoices.
Managing Aftersales inventory system.
Maintain and manage relevant aftersales databases
Attending to new enquiries and setting up lead appointments
Maintain and manage files and records in an organized manner.
General admin duties
Any ad hoc duties required by the Service Manager
Matric or Equivalent qualification
5 + Years of general admin / planning / similar office support experience
Computer literate primarily in Word, Excel, Outlook. (Advanced Excel a bonus)
Non Smoker, Sober habbits, Own transport, No dependants.
Tertiary education a bonus, office administrative, planning or general management advantageous.
Driver’s license a must.
