The Sales Agent will sell motor comprehensive insurance and will up-sell tracking devices, household contents cover, Buildings Insurance and other value-added products which will be explained, the sales agent must ensure that targets are met as set out in the consultant remuneration and commission structure document.
Duties :
Achieve / exceed sales targets
Follow up all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
Adherence to QA and Compliance criteria as per FAIS requirements
Responsible for follow up
Ability to cross-sell - sell from a large range of branded products / services, as well as the ability to close
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
Accurate daily recording of all call details on the LMS
Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Daily administration
Requirements :
Grade 12 / Matric
Fully FAIS accredited as per requirements set out on your DOFA date
RE Qualification (must have)
Up to date with CPD Hours
Preference will be given to candidates that have completed the full FAIS qualification
Minimum 6 months of successful experience in Telesales (Selling Motor Comprehensive Insurance)
Experience in an outbound call center environment
Passion for sales
Excellent Telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive
Excellent communication (verbal and written) good command of the English language
