Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to :
Ensure accurate processing on cash register with regards to products sold.
Control cash sales.
Ensure correctness of invoice and sales order.
Control and file invoices.
Cash-up and balance cash received.
Follow correct drop safe procedures.
Assist with stock take.
Promote new products.
Ensure good customer services.
Ensure neatness of working area.
Retail Office and WPRO experience will have an advantage.
SAP System knowledge and experience
General scanning and checking of customer orders and invoices (Self-help and Collect).
Handling of Customer Empties.
General Administration functions not limited to duties.
Picking of customer orders.
Checking and receiving of stock.
Help with general cleaning of warehouse.
Deliveries Trip Recon Process
Creation of Purchase Requisitions and Orders.
Key Requirements : Grade 12
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Previous Banking / cash register experience.
Two years working experience in a similar environment.
Must be prepared to work overtime and on Saturdays.
The ability to work under pressure.
Forklift license (advantage not a must have)
