It All Starts With You
The main focus of this role is to build and maintain professional business relationships across a portfolio (1000 plus customers) on a reactive basis by driving sales and income targets, acquiring walk in clients, solutioning existing clients with cross sell, campaigns and product utilization.
The Enterprise Banker (EB) is further required to manage risk and compliance on the portfolio.
What You'll Give Our Business
Your accountabilities will include the Income Growth and Financial Targets, which includes re-actively maintain ownership of a portfolio, ensure sustainability of customers to ABB, track and monitor the financial performance, as well as applying risk-
based pricing for all new sales. Another accountability will be the Internal and Client Relationship Management, like making use of middle and back-
office support networks and taking ownership of client complaints. Within the position, you will need to Manage Risk Assessment.
This can be described as understanding and applying the relevant governance and compliance procedures, maintaining customer records, as well as managing dormant accounts.

NQF Level 5; Diploma in commerce / marketing / finance or equivalent
At least 3 years of sales banking experience in a commercial banking environment
