What's the role?
You will be responsible for :
Collate all invoices received from suppliers
Receiving of the reconciled invoices from the producers
Checking all the information received is correct
Handing over all documentation to the accountant.
Be the point of call between the accountant and the producers
Place Invoices into the various jobs,
File Invoices in order of payment date and hand them over to the accountant
Setting up processes and procedures for all freelance crew
Creating job purchase order numbers with terms and conditions, etc.
Daily admin and filling
Liaising with various suppliers when they will be paid
Any Adhoc admin required by the team
1-2 years Admin experience
Advanced level of Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)
Must have a strong understanding of financial workings and calculations
Must have Own laptop
