Purpose of the Job :

The Sales / Marketing & Online Training Co Ordinator will report to National Training Manager. The below highlights responsibilities.


Supervise and Manage Training Centre, staff & contractors

Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of training projects

Pro-actively identify and establish communications with organisations that can benefit from the range of services

Generate quotes and pricing options in accordance with client requests

Build referral relationships and lead generation network

Manage, support and liaise with existing clients

Moodle online support and marketing nationally

Stock control

Management of logistics


Matric Certified

Advanced Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

Moodle experience or similar LMIS

Demonstrative Technical & IT Skills

Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Drivers License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle

2-3 years of direct experience in the Sales industry

Ability to travel countrywide

Proven sales experience and ability to promote growth and business development within the Training and Education or related environment

Good understanding of the generic and various sector B-BBEE skills development codes, their implications and related issues

Independently develop tailor made solutions which serve clients B-BBEE needs. Thus, will be important that the candidate can clearly articulate and promote B-BBEE and other skills development solutions and opportunities to corporate clients


Excellent People Skills

Fluent in English with excellent creative writing and strong communication skills

Self-motivated, precision worker that takes pride in work and can be creative without supervision or management prompting

Ability to create, develop and implement marketing actions and strategies that are goal directed towards the Company needs without supervision

Solid understanding of the effectiveness and use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising / branding and customers in a meaningful and gainful manner.

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to manage the website to writing successful and engaging content for Instagram and Facebook adverts, using effective storytelling techniques

Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
