We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer responsible for developing the Danfoss Commercial Cooling Product portfolio in alignment with the overall country / regional sales strategy, enhancing and spreading the knowledge of the Danfoss brand and Commercial Cooling products over the Southern Africa market.
As our new team member, you will be located in Rivonia office.
Identify and visit new Commercial Refrigeration customers and prospects
Take care of customer relationships and increase customer’s satisfaction
Work out price offers until final negotiation or order
Pay regular visits to wholesalers, OEMs, consultants, Contractors and installers
Prepare products technical presentations
Organize and participate to exhibitions, seminars and meetings
Make ongoing analysis of competitors pricing, distribution strategy and markets penetration
Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering ( N4 / T1)
Experience in Refrigeration (HVAC) business / technical knowledge of how systems work
Relevant sales work experience (at least 5 years) in South Africa market of technical products related to Refrigeration (HVAC) industry is required.
Knowledge of the most common used software and applications (e.g. SAP, CRM, Office etc.) is an added value
English very good (spoken & written)
Communication skills, high sense of commerce and team spirit are your characteristics
Strong personal resilience and self-organization capabilities will be highly appreciated
Willing to travel intensively throughout South Africa and other African markets is a must
