PBT is currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst to plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes.
The Systems Analyst will also be responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the finding, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
About the role :
Work experience in software development and working in an Agile team (SCRUM)
Proven experience in working with complex data sets, analysis and interpretation.
Proven experience in understanding database structures, writing queries for databases used for analysis, troubleshooting and design.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Willing to work evenings and weekends work to meet deadlines.
