Port Elizabeth - Assist and attend to clients (business and individual) Processing of course reports Relieving switchboards when required Printing id cards Taking fingerprints and assist clients with the completion of application forms Attending to telephonic enquiries Verification of fingerprints from Home Affairs Ensure proper filling Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function Data capturing Adding applications forms on the system Ensure proper filing Relieve as a host / hostess Relieve as cashier.

Job Requirements : Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration / Public Management / Customer Service or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service environment.

Computer literate. Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process
