We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor
Duties (not limited to) :
Provide advice on all employee relations matters in the including, discipline, grievances, absence management, restructuring and all HR policies.
Ensuring that the HR Manager is well supported to deal with all employee relations cases, in accordance with company policy and best practice.
Support on ad hoc HR project work as required and have the Line Management responsibility for the HR Administrator
Coaching and training with managers to improve skills and knowledge in people management.
Manage and develop the HR Administrator
Work in partnership with the HR Administration and Payroll teams to ensure data records and consistently and accurately maintained and starter / leaver cut off dates are adhered to
Required Skills : Matric Certification
Strong HR knowledge and expertise
Able to take responsibility
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator across all levels and cultures
Good PC skills
The ability to work to strict deadlines, with high levels of confidentiality
Good problem solving skills
Aptitude to receive and deliver training
