Or equivalent qualification. Ability to work in a team. Ability to accurately capture and process work under pressure. Needs to be punctual and have good organizational skills.

Excellent telephonic communication skills. The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.Responsibilities : Billing of accounts to patients, medical aids and businesses.

Following up on outstanding accounts. Assisting at reception and answering the phone when necessary. Dealing with all payments and receipting of payments.
