Qualifications and experience
National Senior Certificate
MS Office proficient
QuickBooks experience would be beneficial
Previous exposure to an administrative position would be preferred
Bookkeeping experience is required
Key Performance Areas
General office administration
Monthly policy allocations
Policy cancellation processing
Maintenance of debtors list
System maintenance for example, loading of new dealerships and costing
Ordering of marketing material
Personal assistance duties for the Managing Director.
Assisting the Financial Diretor with financial duties at month end.
