Financial & Admin Clerk

Introduction

An underwriting management company situated in Pretoria East is seeking to employ an organised Financial & Admin Clerk with 2-3 years’ experience to join their dynamic team.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

  • National Senior Certificate
  • MS Office proficient
  • QuickBooks experience would be beneficial
  • Previous exposure to an administrative position would be preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience is required
  • Key Performance Areas

  • General office administration
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Monthly policy allocations
  • Policy cancellation processing
  • Monthly reporting
  • Maintenance of debtors list
  • System maintenance for example, loading of new dealerships and costing
  • Ordering of marketing material
  • Personal assistance duties for the Managing Director.
  • Assisting the Financial Diretor with financial duties at month end.
