Introduction The job objective of the Sales Representative / Marketing Consultant is to actively find, establish and maintain new business relationships and revenue.
Grow existing client base and uphold the reputation and standards of the Company within the road freight and logistics industry.
Duties & Responsibilities Behave according to the standards required to enhance the performance and image of the Company.
Ensure you report for duty dressed in accordance with the Company Dress policy and procedure. Dealing with all customer incoming calls with speed and enthusiasm : Sourcing and establishing new clients : Maintaining business relationships;
Maintain a strong customer service attitude; Assist and resolving queries in the operations and accounts department as and when required;
Developing and presenting proposals for potential and existing clients; Providing training and assist customers with the Company track and online;
Achieving monthly budgets; Completing daily CRM report; Ensure all clients are visited within 40 days; Growing existing business and cross selling with existing clients;
Assisting the debtors department with collection of outstanding monies as and when required; Printing of waybills and labels, if required;
Innovating new business opportunities; General contribution towards sales team; Assistance in the customer service department as and when required;
Dealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous manner; Ensure that timeous quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to date;
You may, from time to time, be required, and you agree, to perform additional tasks over and above the specific tasks for which you are employed.
Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12. 4-5 years general Sales Representative / marketing experience. Sales Representative experience within the Freight and Logistics industry a bonus Package & Remuneration Market related To be discussed during the interview process
