Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an Acquisition Administrator to be based at their Bryanston Office in Gauteng.
The successful candidate will form part of their high performing Acquisition Team, responsible for being the point of contact for level 1 affiliates and providing administrative support to Campaign Managers, Account Managers, and the Head of Department.
Minimum Requirements :
Passed Grade 12 / Matric.
Competent in MS Office (preferably Excel).
Proficiency in the English language (Verbal & Written).
Experience in a similar role.
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Software.
Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing tools.
Core Responsibilities :
Responsible for being the first point of contact for level 1 affiliates.
Provide administrative support to the head of the department, Campaign and Account managers when required.
Manage Acquisition bonus set up and the bonus log sheet.
Coordinate rabbit runs and site user journey feedback.
Responsible for Affiliate CRM all mass mails to affiliates such as, but not limited to new game mailers, newsletters.
Escalate matters to the Account Manager when required.
Generate and prepare periodic and other ad hoc reports regarding affiliates.
Communicate daily with various internal departments with regards to content and creatives.
Handle administrative tasks of the Department.
Other adhoc duties as and when required by manager.
