Job Description Account ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a packaging company that specialise in a three-fold process from the design and production to packaging and delivery.

They are looking for a highly motivated and organised Account Manager to join their team at their offices in Cape Town. You will need to be an organised team-player who loves fostering relationships both with colleagues and clients and wants to help grow the business and manage client relations.

Key responsibilities : Proactively creating suggestions for clients and the internal team membersFacilitating communication between clients and the internal team (design & technical departments) Working closely with the other departments and suppliersProblem solving Meetings with clients and the team Prioritising tasks in order of importanceYou will need : Meticulous attention to detailIncredibly organised with the ability to follow through with tasksGoal-oriented and able to work to deadlinesExcellent communications skills (both written and verbal)The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks simultaneouslySkills and Experience : 2 years account management Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Experience with retail clients Experience or understanding import and export Microsoft excel and reporting on a weekly basis Project management programme such a Mondays.

comRemuneration : 20k-30k based on experience.
