Job PurposeDesign and maintain innovative, engaging, experiential, high quality blended learning which meets the learning needs of the stakeholder and yields the envisaged skills transfer.
Responsibilities- Develop a project plan for the end-to-end design and development process.- Conceptualise and design the broad learning intervention using principles of agile.
Storyline, Captivate, Photoshop, GoAnimate etc.- Adult education principles and design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts- Proficiency with various LMS systems
