Your daily activities will include handling escalations or complaints that come through the contact center, maintain relationships with business and monitor the well-being of consultantsFurthermore, you will be required to pick up on escalations or outstanding queries, report on daily statistics and attend monthly meetings to share statistics and performance of the contact center with specific business lines.
This role is in the Digital Operations department at a Band 7 level reporting to the Case & Contact Center Superintendent.
