Content and Material Developer

The ideal candidate will be required to develop content, for product and skills training learning material whilst ensuring quality control regarding product integration and implementations.

Conduct research to understand all core components of each integrated product.

Evaluate content, and objectives to develop program specifications.

Define content, sequence learning topics / activities and create storyboards and / or knowledge objects for specific training programs.

Design, develop, customize and implement training delivery methods utilizing various media (classroom, and call centre).

Maintain existing documentation to reflect software application changes.

Conduct research to understand all core components of each integrated product.

  • Design, develop, and customise training content and programs using adult learning principles as required to support the business
  • Evaluate content, and objectives to develop program specifications.
  • Gather, organise, and synthesize knowledge and information into appropriate learning modules or performance support tools while engaging subject matter experts in the development process
  • Define content, sequence learning topics / activities and create storyboards and / or knowledge objects for specific training programs.
  • Design, develop, customize and implement training delivery methods utilizing various media (classroom, and call centre).
  • Maintain existing documentation to reflect software application changes.
  • Provide monthly product tips.- Package all learning material for market delivery, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Provide forum support, ensuring queries are attended to and knowledge is transferred effectively and efficiently.
  • Skills Required :

    Excellent written & verbal English skills

    Knowledge of call centre environment

    Competent in using a Content Management System

    Teaching experience advantageous

    Competent in using social media tools

    Ability to write manuals appropriate to International standard

    Ability to read, analyse, & interpret call centre procedures

    Good web usage and research skills

    Content creation, editing, uploading

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, & procedure manuals.

    Ability to effectively present information in an instructional manner

    Strong presentation skills
