YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE : Create and maintain accountsReconciliations of accountsResolve queriesPreparation of statements and distribution thereof toAssist with internal queries onProcessing transactions on accounts payable and accounts receivableMaintaining the age-analyses on accounts payable and receivableProcessing of daily transactionsReconciliation of control accountsProcessing of daily refunds based on various payment methodsAdditional ad hoc duties, as required within the finance departmentATTRIBUTES REQUIRED : Accuracy and attention to detailAnalytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills, interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret statementsWork under pressureDeadline drivenREQUIREMENTS : A minimum of 1 3 years Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role with booksAdvanced ExcelBasic knowledge of Pastel Evolution knowledge would be beneficialBCOM in Finance, Accounting or related qualificationMust be available immediatelyCompany DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Contract Finance Administration for a company based in the CBD Foreshore area.

The ideal candidate must a Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role and has worked on big books.

The position requires the candidate to start as soon as possible, the ideal candidate must be available immediately and be able to work from home with stable uncapped Wi-Fi or fiber already installed.
