Secure your future within a manufacturing company based in Gauteng, the client is currently looking for the HR Manager / Payroll to join their fast passed manufacturing plant based in Minimum requirements to perform the ROLEPayrollComplianceIRRecruitmentTraining and DevelopmentBBBEEGeneral ManagementPeople Management Responsibility for confirming and processing all statutory deductions e PAYE, UIF, etcn line with the necessary parameters for each employeer>

Receive consolidated leave data, loan applications, overtime and ensure correct capture into the systemr>

Responsible for the full wages and salary payroll runsr>

Resolve wage and salaries queriesr>

Ensure EE compliance : Submit required legislative reportsr>

Ensure understanding and compliance to Basic Conditions of Employment Actr>

Drive and coordinate information from managers and compile training plansr>

Compile HR budgetr>

Track budget and ensure there are no budget deviationsr>

Action administration and coordination of increasesr>

Liaise with unions, attend meetings all union activitiesCompile monthly head count records and presentations to CEO and COO and present finds to the CEOCompile HR reporting as per requirementr>

Ensure all employees understand policies and procedures and adhere to themr>

Maintain policies and procedures and amend according to changes in lawsr>

Ensure all managers adhere to disciplinary policies and proceduresr>

Manage and coordinate disciplinary enquiries and grievances enquiriesr>

Ensure compliance to all disciplinary and grievance processesr>

Represent the organization at the CCMAr>

Draft job specifications / job advertsr>

Ensure everyone is on the right occupational levelr>

Manage the Employment Equity Plan and ensure sub minimums are met with regards to Management Control and Skills DevelopmentUpdate and maintain all BBBEE toolsr>

Liaise with external auditors and Important Company required informationr>

Ensure business / HR processes e Recruitment align and to BBBEE strategyLiaising with SETA regarding all required submissionsr>

Manage and coordinate all discretionary grant programmes from inception to completion and ensure adherence to the training budget and Employment Equity targetsr>

Apply for funding as per training budgetr>

Responsible for coordinating all training in the organization, mandatory and performance basedr>

Manage succession planning of the organizationr>
