HR Administrator needed for a leading construction company in Johannesburg!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Administrator to be responsible for : weekly wages, training, maintain HR System and personnel files, pension fund and provident fund administration, reconciling and payment of pension, PAYE, UIF, SDL and E filing, IOD Administration, Compiling monthly HR reports, workplace skills plan, and assist employees with HR related queries.
Ideally you will have a National Niploma in Payroll / HR and have experience working on VIP. A minimum of 5 years experience as Payroll / HR Administrator in a construction environment is essential.
