The benefits administrator position is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to : Provident Fund, Alexander Forbes And UIF Claims for all Staff Maternity for all staff Loading Maternity on E-payroll Loading Sick for all Admin staffon E-payroll Loading all maternity and long sick onto sick register Loading all required documents on HR System Confirmation of employment Confirmation letters Id Cards for all Staff Assisting recruitment with loading new employee’s on E-payroll Death claims for all staff Attending all Health And Safety meetings completing All health And Safety Tasks and courses Marking of DAT test Checking terminations for staff re-applying Qualifications and Experience : Matric 2+ years of experience Target Driven Individual MUST be able to work under pressure "No clock watchers" Must have worked in a Corporate environment
