Develop management reports to assist with the decision-making process
Prepare consolidated Management reports
Identify benchmarks to monitor and improve business performance
Ensure compliance with policies, business processes and procedures
Monitoring and reporting of resource utilisations
Implementation and improvement of financial systems
Implement processes to mitigate risks and support financial objectives
Complete Stats SA reporting according to requirements
Prepare Financial Statements and annual reports
Preparation for Board Packs and presentations for CFO
Ensure all secretarial documents are prepared to meet compliance and audit requirements
Ensure to compliance to legislative and company compliance requirements and reporting standards
Prepare and Submit VAT returns
Prepare for annual audits and assist with audit queries
Provide support on projects from Financial and Risk management perspective
Review monthly financial to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Implement and manage KPIs of the team
Provide leadership and encourage skills development
Ensure teams have a clear objective and understanding of KPIs
Coaching and mentoring of team
Develop self and professional skillset
Maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
