Motus is seeking a Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) & Org Design Senior Specialist to support the Chief People Officer in driving the business strategy around, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Employment Equity and Organizational Design.
The successful individual will work with teams across the various divisions to support initiatives and programs that foster inclusivity, belonging, and compliance.
They should have experience collaborating well with others, managing complex projects, knowledge of relevant legislation, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data for reporting purposes, and providing recommendations.
The individual should also have a working knowledge of organisational design principles. This individual will be responsible for driving and monitoring DEI projects and initiatives for the organisation, providing advice to all divisions regarding embedding DEI principles in the culture, relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.
Track and report on Employment Equity Targets across the Group. Develop organisational design principles to ensure correct occupational levelling of all positions across Motus.
