Our client is seeking a Key Account Administrator with a payroll or HR generalist background who has had good exposure to remuneration and benefits.


  • Format and analyse client data files for upload in to the database.
  • Capture and validate client on-line remuneration policies.
  • Prepare and analyse first validation queries and apply changes based on client response.
  • Format, check and analyse client job audits
  • Apply changes on job audit based on client response.
  • Provide the Key Account Managers with support.
  • Risk Management administration.
  • Ad hoc requests such as minute taking, formatting training manuals, generating reports and formatting reports.
  • Skills Required

  • Analytical and numerate.
  • Ability to work under significant pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communication skills (written & oral).
  • High level of computer literacy.

  • Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
  • 2 to 4 years demonstrated experience as a HR generalist or payroll administrator.
  • Fully computer literate and proficient in all MS Office packages with advanced knowledge of Excel.
