Minimum requirements :
3-5 years’ sales experience.
1 year + telesales experience
Education minimum of a degree (NQF 7), a GS qualification (Degree preferable).
Code 8 and own reliable transport and must be willing to travel.
Ability to network and build relationships within schools and maintain relationships with current clients.
Generating new leads from school presentations and turning them into opportunities for sales.
Penetrate new target segment.
Create and adhere to sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions.
The ability to close sale opportunities
Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face. Adheres to follow up processes and procedures.
Meet with customers, both in and out of the office
Working to KPI’s and revenue targets.
Negotiating challenges, the potential customer might have to ensure they close the sales.
Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensuring all administration and records relating to sales is completed effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to :
Responsible for setting up and conducting school presentations with current and new schools in the area.
Responsible for generating leads from school presentations.
Responsible for the conversion of leads from digital campaigns, schools and corporate leads into sales by adhering to the company’s telesales protocol and procedures.
Maintain stipulated lead-reg conversion rate of 10%
Identification and booking of corporate meetings for external sales team
