Duties and Responsibilities :
Preparing an annual product budget with SM and / or MD. Required to hit or exceed set out monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information.
Identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability and disseminate information to Head Sales.
Record the sales opportunities in CRM and work towards conversion to orders and try to achieve a hit rate as per corporate policy.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers; EPCs, End users, OEMs etc. and identifying new customer opportunities.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities i.e., SAFA; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Coordination of Effective business presentation with all customers. EMS - Awareness and participating in EMS Programs / Initiatives by adhering to the instructions / operation control procedures*Minimum
