ENVIRONMENT : A forward-thinking Brand Specialist seeks the strong business acumen of a strategic & ambitious Project Manager (Advertising / Marketing) to take charge of and manage multiple projects, budgets while determining staffing needs while ensuring exceptional delivery.
Working closely with Operations and Traffic personnel, you will determine expected timelines to provide clients with a realistic expectation of the costs associated with a campaign and seek ways to reduce costs while delivering a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate must possess a suitable Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, a professional PM Certification & at least 5 years in a similar role in the Marketing & Advertising Industry.
As you will be collaborating directly with varying internal and external stakeholders, you must excel at Time and Personnel Management.
Strategic Planning Understand a clients desired outcomes and suggest Influencer Marketing plans that will help the client capture market share.
This role requires a keen understanding of a clients brief and the ability to forecast the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.
Additionally, the Project Manager should have a solid grasp of the industry and of the clients competition and be able to identify opportunities to innovate.
Budget Oversight Manage project budgets.* May work closely with Operations and Traffic personnel to determine staffing needs and expected timelines to provide clients with a realistic expectation of the costs associated with a campaign.
Seek ways to reduce costs while delivering a high level of client satisfaction and retention.*Time and Personnel Management Throughout the project lifecycle, oversee schedules and staff members, developing an initial project plan and timeline to ensure that team members understand the expectations.
Identify areas where team members are needed to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed according to the schedule.
Client Communication The Project Manager is tasked with client communications, from initial meetings to determine the scope of a project and a clients needs and expectations to receiving client feedback on deliverables.
You may involve developing and presenting client contracts, receiving feedback throughout the project, and providing updates.
Communicate with clients and internal teams as the scope of the project shifts.*Team Coordination The role is all about team coordination, specifically, between the Operations Team, the Sales Team, and Management.
The Project Manager needs to effectively communicate with these teams to set priorities, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine team member expectations across the company.
Qualifications Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.* Project Management Professional Certification.*Experience / Skills Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the Marketing & Advertising Industry.
