Job Description : Our client, a market leader in document and storage management is requiring a Customer Service Agent to join their team in East London.
Duties to include : - *Maintain a complete and accurate client database *Maintains regular contact with clients, update records, maintain relationships *Assist Sales team.
Minimum Requirements : - *Post Matric Certificate / Diploma in Customer Service Management / Customer Relationship Marketing / Sales / Marketing Management *Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in an Customer Service / Retail environment / Logistics / Warehousing / Supply Chain *Must have experience with capturing orders onto a database system *Must be highly computer literate *Demonstrate excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
