We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Responsibilities Project manage new builds, renovations, modifications and fit-outs at stores across the northern provincesTo collaborate with all stakeholders on reviewing of installations, designs, and specifications, to ensure all stores are compliant with relevant specifications, by-laws and SANS codesIt will require a proactive approach with the ability to work on tight deadlines, communication with internal team members, Regional / Branch managers, Professional (construction) / Installation teams as well as local council representatives in a manner which is timeous and professionalRequirements Qualification in the built environment (QS, Construction Management, Civil Engineer)Minimum 10 years construction experience with specific experience in retail / commercialWill typically be in office 1 day per week and away at sites 4 days per weekKnowledge of construction as well as fit-out of stores (HVAC, wet works, refrigeration, etc.)
