  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when speaking to potential clients
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal quantitative targets
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate very effectively
  • Persuade potential customers to accept a face to face appointment with our consultants
  • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Skilled in finding and researching for new leads via the internet & social media
  • Proficient Afrikaans speaker (non-negotiable) and English speaker
  • Gain an in depth understanding of the current performance and growth and priorities issues and identify and action potential course of action to reach more clients
  • Build relationships with established clients through proactive targeting and or in response to screened inquiries or third-party referrals
  • Cold calling of potential clients
  • Keep client information up to date on the database
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas
  • Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
