Your responsibilities
You are the voice of vetsak and the first point of contact for our customers and retail partners
You receive inquiries, problems and suggestions from all over Europe and South Africa via email and phone and advise on deliveries, returns, payments and much more
You create customer confidence and develop the appropriate solutions to increase customer satisfaction
You actively support the improvement of our customer service
About you
First experience in customer support
You communicate precisely and know the importance of providing caring customer service
You are patient and emphatic, make people feel heard and enjoy looking after their well-being
Ideally, you are a solution-oriented multitasker and pay attention to details even in stressful situations
Fluent GERMAN and ENGLISH in written and spoken language is a must!
