A Fintech Solutions Client of mine based in East London is currently on the hunt for TOP Sales Executives that can manage and develop business growth opportunities for the company.

Previous industry experience is not essential but beneficial and proof of sales is required. This is a permanent role. What you will be doing : Conduct monthly visits of your current months tiers Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle Manage the customer expectations and needs Manage the customer portfolio allocated to you by ensuring : Source viable opportunities to promote the companys services and products in order to secure required weekly quota output and build a solid pipeline of opportunities with Business owners / decision makers Manage all activity and reporting via core suite and report server to effectively manage and secure your prospect base Managing and actioning CIT E2E conversions Managing and actioning on going promotions / campaigns strategic decisions throughout the customer base Provide assistance to other sales teams as well as other divisions within the group Assist Operations with customer training and billable calls Meet deadlines for weekly / monthly reporting Daily Core Suite capturing What we need from you : Matric certificate Tertiary qualification Minimum of 3 years experience in a business development / hunter sales role (preferably in a finance / insurance or tech environment) Must be experienced in generating leads through cold calling, networks or referrals Acquiring new clients and retaining them long-term through successful account management Experience in delivering excellent customer service Must be presentable and have great written and verbal communication skills Must have valid SA Drivers License and own vehicle to visit clients Must be pro-active and a self-starter
