The successful nominee will be responsible for the below : Responsible for performing monthly reconciliations and general financial accounting duties (books to balance sheet)Responsible for performing monthly balance sheet reconciliationsUpload Bank Statements and post relevant journalsPetty cash function Capture petty cash expenditure and re-imbursement and reconcile cash balancesCapture journal entries (provisions and accruals)Prepare credit notes for approval by the Finance ManagerPrepare Income Tax schedulesPrepare VAT reconciliationsKeeping abreast with accounting principles, legislation, banking requirements and ensure compliance with company procedures / policiesBuilding good Internal and External relationshipsPrepare adhoc management reports as requested by the Finance ManagerGeneral Administration and filling (ensure confidential information is kept safe)Issue Debtors statementsQualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingGrade 1210 years relevant experience conducting Accountant dutiesGood knowledge of accounting standards, policies, principles and the General LedgerMS Excel ,MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook (Extensive skill level), D365 knowledgePreparation of the audit file
