We are looking for a multi-disciplined Head of Operations to contribute to the purpose of the business by planning, controlling and managing the staff, processes and systems related to business operations.

Operations are not limited to the workshop, but includes all internal and external process / systems required to deliver the completed product as per contractual requirements.

Your span of control will therefore include : Internally drawing office, CNC, fabrication, welding & cleaning, internal dispatch andExternally external fabrication, corrosion protection and final delivery / site works.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree along with a minimum of 15 years’ working experience in an operations / fabrication / production environment, 10 years’ experience leading a production team in a mid-sized business and the ability to perform duties as per 16.
