Sunninghill, Gauteng RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the entire recruitment cycle from briefing to onboarding Sourcing of high calibre candidates for vacant positions Ensure sufficient external talent provisions are made to satisfy internal talent shortages Stakeholder engagement and service delivery Application of recruitment systems and tools Driving employer branding initiatives to establish SYSPRO as an employer of choice in the local market Management of entire recruitment process Oversee the day-to-day operations of the candidate application pool, interview and onboarding lifecycle Create and post job openings on internal and external channels Review Curriculum Vitaes and conduct first level screening Manage logistics associated with the assessment and interview process Schedule all phone / digital / in-person interviews and coordinate logistics and details (video and dial-in, interview room booking, etc.
and ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders regarding interview details Liaise with HR Business Partner for benchmarking information Manage all aspects of the background / reference checking processes Track offer and acceptance and onboarding processes as required Compile and maintain all documentation relating to applications and successful candidates Ensure that each successful candidate is onboarded as per SYSPRO established principles / processes Compile and analyse vacancy reports on a monthly basis for all stakeholders Provide continuous recommendations with regards to the onboarding and recruitment process Ensure sourcing of high caliber candidates Workplace Planning Liaise with Talent Specialists and HR Business Partner in order to identify areas of succession and critical skills shortages Create a fully integrated process that involves proactively planning ahead to avoid talent surpluses or shortages Create a pool of candidates to assist in satisfying internal talent shortages in order to provide management with the right skills / resources when required Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates as well as any Talent partners Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Ensure sufficient external talent provisions are made to satisfy internal talent shortages Ensure efficient talent replacement Stakeholder Engagement Conduct meetings with line managers and or HR Business Partner in terms of the job vacancies and individual criteria required Communicate regularly with Stakeholders to ensure that they are constantly updated on recruitment workflow Ensure that all vacancies are filled within proposed timeframes Educate managers and HR about what they should expect on the talent front Good relationship maintained with stakeholders Deliver service effectively and efficiently Manage Recruitment Platform Maintain and manage recruitment related technology platforms Ensure that the system is constantly being updated (i.
e. continuous updating and closing off of workflow) Ensure all unsuccessful candidates have been regretted and that all reasons are recorded on the data base for future use Compile, monitor and track all recruitment statistics on the system (i.
e. reporting) Escalate and discuss any challenges experienced with service providers (internal or external) that could hinder on the recruitment process (via e-mail) timeously Records maintained on a month to month basis and the system is monitored effectively Create a positive Employer Branding Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities Understand the company’s needs and wants in terms of talent and create an employer value proposition Liaise with marketing to create a holistic communication, marketing plan to ensure the company is getting the right kind of talent aboard and talk in an attractive way.
Participate in talent acquisition projects as required Implement all talent acquisition campaigns including job fairs, campus recruitment, career talks etc Ensure SYSPRO brand awareness through various campaigns Establishing an appealing internal and external employer image Recruitment Admin Ensure that all documents / admins are completed timeously and efficiently Draft and sign off offer letter and appointment letters and issue to candidates within a day of receiving an instruction from line manager Provide completed documentation (i.
