  • Distribution performed in line with prescribed operations / standing instructions and complies with OHS Act safety guidelines
  • Audit compliance

  • Manage Switchboard operations
  • Handle and register purchase orders on SAP
  • Register product and materials receipts and ensure proper financial processes
  • Register all vehicles as required
  • Organise and schedule meetings as required
  • Ensure Bulleting boards are updated and maintained
  • Completely process all deliveries as required *Process all work orders to completion
  • All documentation and correspondence filed to Std
  • Effective Query management
  • Make Terminal visitors and staff aware of procedural requirements Asset Management
  • Asset Register maintained and kept up to date
  • Raise and close all asset defects as required
  • Continuous Improvement initiatives documented Administration Control
  • Ensure that overtime sheets are completed accurately and timeously
  • Ensure all documentation is received and brought to finalization Relationship Management
  • Effective communication and maintained sound business relationships with other internal departments Customer and Service Provider Interface
  • Interact with customers and service providers Contractor Interface
  • Work with contractor to ensure deliverables are met
  • Provide internal support to the contractor HSEQ Compliance
  • Consolidate depot reports
  • Utilize SAP functions-transactions
  • Ensure all documentation is received and brought to finalization (including accurate SRA & SARS documentation); liaise with Swaziland Railways and SRA Matsapha office with regards to rail documentation.

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Diploma in Logistics or Transport Management
  • Experience : Minimum Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years relevant admin experience, SAP knowledge and fuel management Knowledge, Skills & AttributesSkills :
  • Persuasive
