Responsibilities : Handle any inbound or outbound communication related to Assistance. These communications may be with policyholder, medical and technical providers, agents, insurers, or other offices.

Co-ordinate logistic arrangements locally and internationally to assist policyholders with medical and other claimsRegister all communications and taken actions in the systems provided by the companyCoordinate with the medical professionals according to companies escalation processBe able to understand the available provider network and identify preferred providers in different countries adequate for an ongoing case.

Qualifications and experience : Knowledge of Bulgarian on a native speaker levelEnglish fluency oral & writtenPro-active and performing well under pressureFlexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and trainingPrevious work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantageMatric or higherDecent computer user skills in Microsoft Office toolsTime flexibility, working in shifts morning 8 : 00 - 15 : 00 and afternoon shifts 13 : 30 - 21 : 00 + 2 weekend day shifts in a month (CZ time zone)Phone back-up for the existing team (with IT and extra allowance covering this)SA VISA secured already, ideallyFSB registered a big bonusWhat the company offers : A background of a stable, global companyTraining based on international professional know-how, systems and various of training platformsDaily communication in foreign languages, working on a global scaleRemuneration packageCompany Health and Accident Insurance21 days vacation per yearFlexible planning of shiftsUp to 50% shifts from home office after probation periodOther benefits to be discussed in interview
